1. Services Provided
Mobile Tree Experts provides professional tree care services, including tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, and emergency storm cleanup. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment.
2. Service Estimates
All estimates provided are based on a visual inspection of the property. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. We reserve the right to adjust the estimate if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen site conditions are discovered.
3. Property Access and Preparation
The customer authorizes Mobile Tree Experts to enter the property to perform the agreed-upon services. It is the customer’s responsibility to:
Ensure all pets are kept indoors.
Move vehicles, outdoor furniture, or ornaments away from the work area.
Clearly mark any underground utilities, such as irrigation systems or invisible fences.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges.
5. Safety and Liability
Safety is our top priority. We operate under strict safety guidelines; however, tree work is inherently dangerous. Mobile Tree Experts is fully insured. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground structures or minor lawn disturbances caused by heavy equipment.
6. Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation of a scheduled service. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.
7. User Conduct (Website)
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose. You may not attempt to disrupt the website’s functionality or use any automated tools to scrape data from our site.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobile Tree Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama.
